Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PromptPoster Android application provided by Yudistiro Septian Dwi Saputro operating as Antasena Labs ("Antasena Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using PromptPoster, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to online services in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.
2. The service
PromptPoster provides a browsable catalog of promotional poster examples and copy-ready prompts. Features may include search, favorites, collections, copy history, Brand Kit values, poster save or share, Moment reminders, free daily copy quotas, ads, and PRO content.
Catalog content, categories, Moment dates, availability, copy quotas, ad rewards, and features may change over time. We may correct, replace, add, or remove content when needed for quality, safety, licensing, policy, or operational reasons.
3. Accounts and Google Sign-In
Google Sign-In is optional. You may use PromptPoster as a guest. If you sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for activity performed through it.
Signing in may link your RevenueCat subscription identity to your Firebase user ID so that entitlement state can remain associated with your account. Account linking does not replace Google Play's billing records.
You must not impersonate another person, misuse another person's account, or attempt to obtain access to another user's subscription.
4. Free access, quotas, and advertising
Free access may be limited by a daily copy quota. PromptPoster may offer rewarded ads that add copies to the quota and may show limited interstitial ads. The quota, reward amount, daily limit, ad availability, and eligibility may change.
An ad reward is granted only when the advertising provider confirms the required event. An unavailable, interrupted, failed, or dismissed ad may not provide a reward. You must not automate ad viewing, generate invalid traffic, manipulate device state to bypass limits, or otherwise interfere with advertising systems.
5. PRO subscriptions and free trials
PRO subscriptions are sold through Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. Available plans, billing periods, localized prices, taxes, eligibility, and promotional offers are shown in the purchase screen before you confirm payment.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play before the end of the current billing period.
- A seven-day free trial may be offered for the yearly plan to eligible users. Eligibility and the exact offer shown by Google Play control.
- At the end of a free trial, Google Play may charge the displayed subscription price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Uninstalling PromptPoster or deleting a PromptPoster account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription through Google Play's subscription settings.
- Refund requests are handled under Google Play's policies and applicable consumer law. Antasena Labs does not receive or store your full payment card details.
If the terms shown by Google Play at purchase differ from a summary on this page, the store checkout terms and applicable law govern the transaction.
6. License to use prompts and app content
Subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription limits, Antasena Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use prompts you lawfully access through PromptPoster for your personal or internal commercial creative work.
You may adapt copied prompts and use them with third-party AI or design services, subject to those providers' terms. Rights in outputs generated by a third-party service are determined by that provider's terms and applicable law, not by PromptPoster.
Poster previews and catalog artwork are provided for discovery, reference, and use of PromptPoster's Save and Share features. Those features do not transfer ownership of Antasena Labs' catalog, app design, trademarks, or compilation. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish as a competing library, or bulk-download PromptPoster's prompts, catalog, or artwork.
You are responsible for reviewing generated output and ensuring it does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. References to brands, products, events, or public figures in examples do not imply endorsement.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use PromptPoster for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Use prompts or content to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
- Bypass copy limits, subscription checks, entitlement controls, rate limits, or advertising controls.
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-extract, mirror, or republish the catalog or paid prompt text.
- Reverse engineer or interfere with the app or services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malware, overload infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Use the service to build or improve a directly competing prompt-library dataset without written permission.
8. Your content and local data
You retain rights in information you enter into Brand Kit fields, collection names, and prompt variables. PromptPoster stores these items locally as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and confidentiality of information you enter. Do not place passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, confidential client information, or other sensitive data in PromptPoster fields.
9. Third-party services
PromptPoster depends on or links to services operated by Google, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, and third-party AI or design apps. Their terms and privacy policies apply separately. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, output, moderation decisions, billing systems, or policy changes.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep PromptPoster available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Catalog delivery, subscription verification, ads, account services, or third-party services may be temporarily unavailable.
We may release updates, require supported app versions, change technical providers, or discontinue features. Where required by law, material changes affecting paid services will receive appropriate notice or remedies.
11. Intellectual property
PromptPoster, Antasena Labs branding, app code, user interface, catalog structure, original prompts, documentation, and other original materials are owned by Antasena Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Google Play, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, and other names are trademarks of their respective owners.
12. Feedback
If you send suggestions or feedback, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PromptPoster at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security or legal risk, or attempt to access paid content without authorization.
Termination does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. You must manage cancellation through Google Play. Sections that logically should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions, will survive.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptPoster is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that prompts will produce a particular image, business result, engagement level, sale, or legally compliant advertisement. AI output can be inaccurate, biased, unsafe, or infringing and must be reviewed by you.
Nothing in PromptPoster is legal, financial, advertising, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for claims, prices, offers, disclosures, licenses, and regulatory requirements in materials you create.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antasena Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of PromptPoster or third-party services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to PromptPoster will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for PromptPoster during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of PromptPoster, your violation of these Terms, or content you create or distribute using copied prompts. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without removing any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of your country. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to PromptPoster, providers, business practices, or law. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required.
