Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PromptPoster, an Android application published by Yudistiro Septian Dwi Saputro operating as Antasena Labs ("Antasena Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use the app.

Data controller contact: Antasena Labs, Jakarta Barat, Indonesia. Email: menggunakanai@gmail.com.

Short version: PromptPoster is a prompt library, not an AI image generator. Most creative data, including favorites, collections, Brand Kit details, and copy history, is stored in app-private storage on your device. Network services are used for sign-in, subscriptions, ads, and delivery of the prompt catalog and poster images.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the PromptPoster Android app with application ID com.antasena.promptposter, its catalog delivery endpoints, and the related support pages. It does not cover third-party apps or AI services that you open after copying a prompt.

2. Information we handle

2.1 Optional Google Sign-In

If you choose Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication and Google identity services process your Google credential. PromptPoster receives and may display:

Signing in is optional. PromptPoster can be used as a guest. Your Google password is never provided to us.

2.2 Subscription and entitlement information

Subscriptions are processed by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details. The app and these providers process information such as:

For a PRO user, the RevenueCat customer ID is sent over encrypted HTTPS to our Cloudflare Worker as entitlement proof. The Worker checks the entitlement through RevenueCat before returning the paid catalog. A successful entitlement decision may be cached for up to three hours.

2.3 Advertising information

Free users may be offered rewarded ads and may see limited interstitial ads. Google Mobile Ads may process device or other identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and information used for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

Where required, the app must request consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before requesting ads. Your available choices depend on your region and Google's consent requirements. PRO subscribers are not intended to request or display ads.

2.4 Catalog, image, and network requests

PromptPoster downloads its public catalog and poster images from Cloudflare-hosted services. Standard network metadata may be processed, including IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, and device or network information normally included in HTTPS requests. The entitled catalog endpoint also receives the RevenueCat customer ID described above.

2.5 Information stored locally

The app stores the following in app-private storage on your device:

These records are not uploaded to an Antasena Labs account or synchronization server. However, Android backup or device-transfer features may back up eligible app data to your Google account depending on your device and Android backup settings. Those backups are controlled by Google and your device settings.

2.6 Notifications and media

If you enable Moment reminders, the app stores your reminder choices locally and uses Android's local scheduling and notification facilities. PromptPoster does not currently use a remote push-notification server for these reminders.

If you choose Save or Share, the app writes the selected poster to your gallery or a temporary app cache file. PromptPoster does not request broad access to read your photo library.

We disclose information to the service providers listed above only as needed to operate PromptPoster. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect users, our rights, or the security of the service.

Antasena Labs does not sell your personal information for money. Advertising providers may process information for advertising purposes as described in their policies and your consent choices.

6. Retention

7. Access, correction, and deletion

You can clear favorites, collections, history, Brand Kit values, and app settings through available app controls or by clearing PromptPoster's app data in Android settings. Uninstalling removes local app data from the device, but it may not remove Android cloud backups, Google Play purchase records, or provider records that must be retained.

Signing out does not delete your Firebase account. To request deletion of your PromptPoster account and associated Firebase profile, follow the instructions on the PromptPoster account deletion page or email menggunakanai@gmail.com with the subject "PromptPoster account deletion."

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify data under our control unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes. Google Play purchase records and RevenueCat subscription records may need to be retained separately. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, receive a portable copy of information, or complain to a data protection authority. You may contact us to exercise an applicable right. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. You can review advertising privacy choices through the consent or privacy-options interface when it is available for your region.

9. Security

We use HTTPS for network communications, app-private Android storage for local data, limited-access service credentials, and entitlement checks for paid catalog delivery. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

PromptPoster is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country. We do not knowingly create accounts for children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when PromptPoster, its providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy with a new "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
