Delete Your Account
This page explains how to request deletion of the optional Google Sign-In account used by PromptPoster.
Submit a deletion request
- Send an email from the Google email address used in PromptPoster.
- Use the subject PromptPoster account deletion.
- State that you want your PromptPoster account and associated Firebase profile deleted.
- We may ask for limited information needed to verify that you control the account.
Email address: menggunakanai@gmail.com
What we delete
- The Firebase Authentication profile under our control, including its Firebase user ID and associated Google profile fields.
- Account associations under our control that are no longer required to provide or secure the service.
What stays on your device
Favorites, collections, copy history, Brand Kit values, settings, and cached files are local app data. To delete them, clear PromptPoster's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. Android cloud backups may need to be removed separately through your Google backup settings.
Information that may be retained
- Google Play purchase and subscription records controlled by Google.
- RevenueCat transaction or entitlement records required for billing, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or purchase restoration.
- Limited records needed to document and secure the deletion request.
Processing time
We will acknowledge your request and complete verified requests within the period required by applicable law. We will tell you if a legal or security reason prevents deletion of a particular record.
Use PromptPoster without an account
Google Sign-In is optional. After account deletion, you may continue using PromptPoster as a guest. Paid access may still depend on the active Google Play purchase and RevenueCat entitlement.
